RETURN

If one or more items from your order have not met your expectations, we offer you the option to return them. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, and the return costs are based on the rates of the chosen carrier (see the websites of PostNL or DHL). The return costs are at the customer's expense. When creating the shipping label, you must include your name, address details, and/or order number as the sender so that we can process your return correctly. The items must be in their original condition and include all labels and price tags. Upon receipt, your return will be processed within five business days.
